Dr. Nilsson completed her doctoral training in audiology in 2004 at the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona. She earned a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology/audiology in 1994 and a master’s degree in audiology in 1996, both from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) in 1997 from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is a Washington State-licensed audiologist serving Kitsap, Mason, Pierce, and Jefferson counties. Dr. Nilsson has also served as president of the Washington State Academy of Audiology (WSAA). She grew up in the Kitsap area and enjoys serving the community in which she was raised. She considers it a privilege to serve her community and is grateful for the opportunity.
