Hello patients and visitors of Nilsson Audiology! Below are our COVID-19 Policies and Procedures. Please note that we are open, but not yet full, regular hours. Please call and leave a message, and we will return your call to take care of your needs just as soon as possible.

Effective 4/27/2020: These practices are established to safely protect our beloved patients, their loved-ones, and our staff.

If you have ANY symptoms of illness, please do not come into contact with anyone. Please stay home and seek medical attention from your primary medical practitioner.

If you have recently traveled, please allow three weeks (21 days) to pass before resuming care from Nilsson Audiology.

If you know that you have been exposed, or believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please allow three weeks (21 days) before resuming care with Nilsson Audiology to protect our vulnerable population.

NO WALK-IN PATIENTS. Patients must have an appointment for any services or interactions of any kind with Nilsson Audiology staff.

Only one patient plus one loved-one will be allowed in the office at a time. When you arrive, please call the office and we will let you know when it is safe to come in. We highly recommend patients and their loved-ones use masks when visiting Nilsson Audiology.

Curbside services will be available by appointment only. When you arrive, please call the office and we will come out to assist you. We highly recommend patients and their loved-ones use masks when coming into contact with the staff of Nilsson Audiology.

MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR NILSSON AUDIOLOGY STAFF at all times when coming into contact with patients. Again, masks are highly recommended to be worn by patients.

Please maintain a safe, six-foot distance whenever possible (knowing that this is not always possible when providing hearing care, please use your best judgement to maximize safety).

There will be breaks built into our schedule in between patients to allow for cleaning and disinfecting as well as for the prevention of more than one patient in the office at a time.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate through these challenging times. Stay safe and healthy!
